We are currently seeking cleaning contractor for multi-family apartment buildings.

Job duties include:

• General cleaning in suites and building common areas
• Preparing suites for new residents to move in/move out
• Clean interior/exterior windows, light fixtures
• Vacuum carpet and area rugs
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Clean and disinfect public areas such as entry ways, hallways, elevators, railings.
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
• May provide basic information on facilities
