    Who we are

    Since it’s inception in the 1980s, St. Regis Group of Companies has actively been involved in real estate management and rental industry in western Canada. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, and with Alberta offices in Cold Lake, Hinton, Edson, Red Deer and Moose Jaw, SK. were we own and manage quality apartment complexes and townhome communities and commercial space. St. Regis Management Inc. expanded into Las Vegas, Nevada in the United States in the early 2000’s, where we are proud to provide high-quality single-family housing rental solutions.

    OUR MISSION

    In the USA...

    St. Regis Properties US L.P., portfolio in single-family rental (SFR) home market is seeing exponential interest and growth and a need for a broader range of rental housing.  The millennial generation are starting families and require space, affordable living options, SFRs leasing is a particularly intriguing option for these new family units. 

    Our plan is to expand our selection and offerings to satisfy the growing need for affordable single-family rental properties. Watch for upcoming announcements as we expand into this viable market space!

Our on-site experienced professional management team strive to offer high-quality housing and prompt maintenance resolution. Feel comfortable knowing that our standard of cleanliness and maintenance practices are high. Prior to our tenants move-in, we deep clean each property to ensure it is in rent-ready form.

    Many apartment managers will hide the move-out requirements to make sure you do not get your full deposit back. On move-in day, we offer each tenant an in-depth form listing the required steps to receive the full deposit because that is the right thing to do.

    Depending on your needs, our portfolio holds properties conveniently located near  schools, parks, shopping, dining, major thoroughfares and workplaces.
